SALES PROCESS

To book youth leagues you must get them your “bid” in some fashion. We have bids and samples that we can put your name on.  We e-mail and mail your business marketing material to the league contacts.  We hope you will “pound the phones” on or two hours per week on your own behalf too.  Yes, that was just 1 to 2 hours per week!  We have a great marketing program and material and those distributors who rely only on us and don’t pick up a phone do get accounts.  But, the ones that will spend just 1-2 hours per week calling do EXPONENTIALLY better.  Nothing our marketing team can do can replace the power of a local business owner (you!) making calls and forming relationships.

Here is the process:

1.       Make a list of leagues in your area. We do this for you.

2.       Send email bids to those leagues. We do this for you.

3.       Send mailers to those leagues: samples and brochures via snail mail. We do this for you.

4.      Call leagues to follow up and make sure we have gotten our information to the “horse’s mouth” within the league for pictures. You do this.

5.       Go to board meetings or one on one meetings to book leagues. You do this.

6.      Answer questions from interested leagues. Usually you do this.

7.       Book the league and set a date! The coordinator calls for a date!  You get the call!

 We have never failed to get a distributor accounts in their first year. Never!  Our program works everywhere!
