PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINING

Don’t stress this! We have a complete website filled with training videos, manuals and guides. Start with a people friendly personality and we can train on the photography. Personality is the one thing we can’t train on! If you already are a photographer, please review our website training material and use that to train your staff. Two kinds of photographers make disasters out of their first shoots:

  1. Newbies who don’t follow our guides, don’t watch our videos, don’t study our material and don’t practice on friends and family. Quite often newbies don’t invest in the proper equipment as they are more concerned about losing their investment than doing a good job. “I need to make money before I invest in equipment” is a surefire formula for disaster.
  2. Trained Photographers who think they “know” already anddon’t follow our guides, don’t watch our videos, don’t study our material and don’t practice on friends and family. Quite often trained photographers take out the wrong equipment, panic when they run behind because photography school didn’t teach this, and otherwise screw up all the settings because shooting hundreds of kids on a tight schedule is nothing like photographing fruit bowls, landscapes, weddings or newborns.
Who does great? Students! Even High School students! This is because they still have a “learning” mentality and are afraid to make mistakes. So they study the material like its coursework, which it is! Bottom line, whoever you are, be a student and go to school on our website! Learn and practice. Avoid the news crews showing up at your house because you took money from hundreds of families and botched the job and don’t have the money to write thousands of dollars in refunds! This is no joke!
